GRIT FIT BOOTCAMP:

Our most popular class...Grit Fit Bootcamp is an intense total-body, cross-training workout which combines several exercise routines to increase endurance and cardiovascular power. For maximum results, we integrate good old fashion body weight training; Plyometrics, Resistance Band Training, TRX Training, Core Training and Tabatas into every workout. We also focus on several styles of stretching at the end of the workout. The end result is a better you!

KICKBOXING:

Looking to mix up your routine? Kickboxing classes are a great way to add something fun and get a great energenic workout at the same time. This popular training program comes to life as our instructors teach you how to punch, kick, and block your way through a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout

STRENGTH AND TONE:

Strength and Tone it is a Total Body Workout that will push your body to the limits and have you begging for more all in the same breath. This workout will put you through the paces. Each round is geared toward a specific muscle group. Are you ready?

BOOM + ABS:

This is not your Mama’s step class! This is a High Intensity Interval Training class that takes Bootcamp to a whole new level. This class is for seasoned Bootcamp Veterans. If you like pain and your heart thumping like all hell just broke loose, then this is your workout. Picture Bootcamp as a regular cup of coffee with an extra shot of espresso.

TRX BODY BLAST:

This is a class using TRX Suspension Trainers, which truely "makes your body your machine". Improve core, upper and lower body strength and stability. Throw in some cardio intervals, upbeat music and flexibility training and you have a total body workout!

YOGA:

Yoga classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex. Yoga builds flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. This class leaves you feeling strong, stretched, relaxed and centered all at once!
